SATURDAY APRIL 6, 2024 // RACCOON RIVER NATURE LODGE
Connect with yogis and yoginis from near and far at the Nature Lodge at Raccoon River Park in West Des Moines! Use classes offered by a variety of teachers to strengthen and restore your body, mind and spirit.
In the morning we’ll connect with community, get to know others, and get curious to know even more. During lunch, spend time exploring your self and others.
In the afternoon you’ll have three sessions and teachers to choose during the three different time slots. Sessions will give you opportunities to strengthen, your strength, and take some time to restore your energy and calm.
Lunch is included with any registration so you can enjoy a midday connection with friends old and new.
All the sessions at the end of the day will be quieter, with a chance to reflect on the day and imagine your future.
