Next Step Inc. provides evaluation for Chrysalis After School, the flagship program of the Chrysalis Foundation for Women and Girls in the greater Des Moines community.
The process includes

on-line surveys of girls, facilitators and parents -
periodic observations of the 15 groups

collection of data on attendance, test scores and demographics
Since this is a process evaluation as well as an outcome evaluation, administrators, facilitators and the Foundation’s Board and Program Committee are updated on a regular basis with benchmarks and results.
